I’m Dr. Broc and I understand how frustrating it can be looking for answers from the outside after years of not feeling like myself.  I’m here because I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to connect to their truest self and that there is no better way to live than being open, clear, and connected. I am extremely grateful to be able to facilitate this for my patients every day.

After years of playing sports and multiple concussions, I developed a multitude of “symptoms”. Headaches, migraines, vertigo, brain fog, neck, back and hip pain were among them. I saw different types of doctors, had different tests, CTs, MRIs, prescription medications, but no one could tell me exactly what was wrong other than my symptoms came from contact sports. I had done physical therapy for years and different exercises to attempt to keep the pain at bay. I then found chiropractic. After one chiropractic adjustment, I was hooked. I knew this was exactly what I was going to do for the rest of my life. Everyday, I am more and more fascinated about the best kept secret that is chiropractic and the body's ability to heal itself under the right conditions.

We live lives through our nervous system, with our brain and body constantly communicating with each other. Our brain utilizes the nervous system to communicate vital messages to every cell, tissue, organ, and muscle via the nerves that exit the spine. The body is also constantly giving feedback to the brain. Intentional chiropractic adjustments can help to remove the interference in your nervous system and strengthen the connection between your brain and body, allowing you to heal, learn, and evolve.

We are all different. We have different backgrounds, goals, and purposes. But there is one thing that holds true to all of us.. When your body is at ease, you can express yourself fully. You are able to be more artistic, thoughtful, and loving. When at ease, you become more productive, more present, and more conscious of this world and can more easily adapt to your surroundings both physically and emotionally. Your mind and body function best with less pain, symptoms, and dis-ease.

The care that I provide facilitates the healing process for you to be the best, most authentic version of yourself. Through connection, specific chiropractic adjustments, functional movements, soft tissue work, and breathwork, we release stress and tension patterns in your mind and body, allowing you to experience life to the fullest.

Service and Mentorship

As a loving parent of three young men, she has experienced the struggles and triumphs of raising children as a single mother while working, serving, and mentoring in her community.

She taught her children to recognize needs in the community and in their own sphere of influence.  She has served with her children at homeless shelters, clothing drives, food banks, and Habitat for Humanity projects.

Dr. Lorena has sponsored children through the Angel Tree, Cry of India, and Feed The Children, providing clothes, shoes, Bibles, education, and medical care.  She has served at Central Indiana and the Hamilton County Great Banquet. In 2016 she served with her home church and other community churches and businesses at the Indianapolis Convoy of Hope.
